At Plain Agenda™, we aim to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and refund or exchange process for purchases made through www.plainagenda.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Shipping Policy

a. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (new collection drops, holidays, etc.), processing times may extend slightly.

b. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer domestic and international shipping options at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery location, weight, and carrier.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.
Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after processing.
International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

c. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

d. Incorrect Address Policy

Plain Agenda™ is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping details.
Please verify your address carefully before completing checkout.

e. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Plain Agenda™ is not liable for delays caused by customs.


3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

b. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or personal items

c. Return Process

To start a return, contact support@plainagenda.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, you may receive store credit or a refund instead.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  1. Contact support@plainagenda.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

  3. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on availability.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and tracking is confirmed as delivered, Plain Agenda™ is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled, please follow the return process once it arrives.
