Orders

How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly at www.plainagenda.com. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with details and tracking information once it ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipment. If your order has already shipped, please contact support@plainagenda.com for a return or exchange.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Select styles and bestsellers may restock depending on demand. Follow us on Instagram @plain.agenda or subscribe to our newsletter for restock updates.

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on customs.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Plain Agenda™ ships worldwide. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and delivery method.

My package was lost or stolen — what do I do?

Once tracking confirms delivery, Plain Agenda™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email support@plainagenda.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Are sale items final sale?

Yes, sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our pieces are designed with a modern, minimal streetwear silhouette — often relaxed, boxy, or oversized. Refer to the sizing chart on each product page before ordering.

All garments are crafted from premium-weight cotton, fleece, and twill blends, designed for comfort and structure.

How should I wash my items?

Cold wash on gentle cycles and air dry to preserve shape and quality. Avoid bleach or high heat drying.
